npx --yes -p @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.0-rc.6 dsh plugin --profile web add @zseven-w/dsh-openpencil@latest -
Restart dsh web so it picks up the plugin.

Then describe the design you want. The harness picks up the plugin’s tools.
